A knifeman has stabbed four family members to death before setting their house on fire and stabbing two responding officers.
Courtney Gordon, 38, was killed in the ensuing scuffle - by one of the officers who he stabbed seconds earlier.
NYPD Chief Jeff Madrey said cops found themselves unable to enter the residence - due to the blaze started by the suspect as he left the home with a suitcase.
